Happy Friday! For those of you getting ready to hit up happy hour I have some tips for you. I posted about what I eat yesterday and today its time to own up to what I drink. I don’t discriminate! I like beer, wine and my liquor of choice is generally vodka or whisky. That being said I try to limit my consumption and that shifts depending on the time of the year. During football...

A detail from the iPad keynote: Steve demoes the Mail application and he puts it in horizontal mode. Oh, look, an Inbox list pops in. Neat.
And I think, hmmm I wonder if you can resize that splitter, making the source list wider. Its a tiny target, so it would be hard to grab…
And then I realize: you can’t resize it.
And a bright light did shine upon my liberated face...
My Views On Food
merissullivan:
First of all I do not like crash dieting. There are only a few times that I find it acceptable to dramatically change your diet with a short term goal in mind. 1) If you are sick 2) You are pregnant 3) You are trying to peak for a competition (although the change for that shouldn’t be too dramatic). That is it. I am sure there are other exceptions but I can’t think of them. I’m...

Quick update - so far, so good
So, my Tumblr experiment is only a couple of days old and I’m really enjoying it. Whether it’s the iPhone app (love), the ease of use, or the actual Tumblr community - I’m really enjoying this in a way I haven’t enjoyed blogging in a while. Just fun.
It’s the “internet device” vision of a decade ago all over again, except now...

Well hey, if you’re gonna deface U.S. currency, it may as well be worth a deuce. This Gene Simmons dollar and a bunch of others (Batman, Ronald McDonald and more) behind the “via” link below the image. Rockin’.

A Tumblr Week
For the next week, I’m going to use my Tumblr account almost exclusively. Not completely, but much more than I have for a while.
I’ve had my account for over 3 years - I really like the team behind Tumblr - but I gradually started using it to aggregate all of my other posts.
In the last couple of months, I’ve noticed a lot of people that I respect have started using the...

Conan’s Final Farewell - really shows you who the man is. I loved his last moments of his Late Night Show, this absolutely surpasses it.
